France confirms rating to be downgraded
Settle down, no need to panic. Downgrades, massive debt and abysmal productivity is all part of the social utopia agenda. When in tough, deny and abdicate responsibility:
“It is not good news . . . but it is not a catastrophe,” said François Baroin, France’s finance minister.
